What
I fix.
A website, campaign or CRM is almost never the real need. The real problem costs time, money or momentum. I start there.
01 — Problems
-
“We're spending on ads and can't tell what they're bringing back.” The data is incomplete or scattered. I fix the measurement and build a view simple enough to guide day-to-day decisions.
Data & measurement -
“The website looks good, but it doesn't sell.” The path is too slow, too complicated or disconnected from the action you need. I fix what is getting in the way before suggesting a full rebuild.
Web & experience -
“Everything runs through me.” Requests come in everywhere, follow-ups get lost and the team depends on one person. I simplify the process and put the tools or automation in place that are actually needed.
Processes & systems -
“We have a budget, not a strategy.” Too many ideas, too many channels, too many priorities. I make the situation clear, then we decide what actually deserves time and budget.
Strategy & transformation -
“We're running campaigns, but we don't know what to improve next.” The channels are moving independently. I rebuild acquisition as one system: budget, audiences, messages, cadence and measurement.
Digital marketing -
“We know AI could help. We just don't know where to start.” I don't start with the tool. I look for where automation can genuinely save time or improve a decision, then build what is useful.

Industries I know firsthand
-
Events, festivals & culture
I know short seasons, sales that move quickly, budgets that need to shift and deadlines that do not. I speak tickets, capacity, partners and sales. Not just impressions.
-
Artists, touring & live entertainment
Every city has its own market, pace and constraints. I work on both acquisition and the systems needed to run the operation.
-
Real estate
Acquisition means little if leads are not followed up. I treat marketing, the customer journey and CRM as one problem.
-
Services, retail & non-profits
The website has to sell, generate an inquiry or make the phone ring. The budget has to make sense, and the tools have to be simple enough to get used.
-
Health & clinics
Acquisition, visibility and booking come with sector-specific constraints. What you can say and measure matters as much as traffic volume.
04 — Method
- AnalysisI look at what already exists: numbers, tools, journeys, habits and constraints.
- PrioritizationWe decide what is actually worth doing. Need, impact, cost, effort, risk and ability to adopt.
- ImplementationI build, coordinate and bring in the right expertise when needed.
- MeasurementWe track the few numbers that actually help us decide what to do next.
- OptimizationWe keep what works, fix what is getting in the way and cut what no longer deserves energy.
How a project starts
Some projects start with an assessment. Others start with a problem that is already well defined. Either way, we begin by understanding what is happening and what is actually worth changing.
