I mostly work with organizations that have too many things moving at once: campaigns, website, CRM, vendors, data, operations. The problem is rarely a lack of ideas. It's knowing which ones are actually worth the time, budget and attention.

I start by making the situation clear. Then we choose. And choosing sometimes means doing less: cutting spend, removing a tool, simplifying a journey or stopping an idea that is taking up too much space.

I come from events and culture. I kept one simple rule from that world: the date doesn't move. The show still has to happen. It forces you to decide, prioritize and deliver.
